    blat: gfBlatLib.c:794: clumpToHspRange: Assertion `range->tEnd <= tSeq->size' failed.

    Hello,

    Running metabin's prepareinput command, which wraps blat, we get the following error:

    blat: gfBlatLib.c:794: clumpToHspRange: Assertion `range->tEnd <= tSeq->size' failed.

    Our query is a fasta file, our db is nr.
    Any ideas as to what can the problem be? This assertion is made in the code, but with no additional documentation as for what is the purpose of it, or how can it be solved...
